You’ve heard of ‘seasonal eating’ as a healthy way of nourishing ourselves by eating what’s fresh and in season. It’s time for ‘seasonal living,’ a way of approaching how we engage with our lives based on the season.
Let’s lean into what our minds, bodies, and souls want in Winter. It’s not about “new year, new you” – it’s about slowing down the way the earth does and allowing this time to ground us, to give us time to look within, and discover what we may not typically notice in the busier seasons
