Are You Ready?

I’m Elizabeth Knell, a Professional Certified Coach, and I help individuals at life's inflection points define their next chapter with confidence and clarity.

Whether that next chapter is becoming an ‘empty nester,’ retiring from a career, navigating life after a divorce or loss, or changing careers, I support clients as they tackle their fears of the unknown, redefine their identities, and craft a clear, confident path forward.

I’ve faced a number of my own “Next Chapters” through my life, which were pivotal times that involved a lot of change and uncertainty, always leading to a shift in who I was in that next stage. Those “Next Chapters” have included navigating loss of loved ones, a health and wellness reinvention, and completely changing careers at the age of 49.

These were all significant inflection points where I can look back and see that I was one person before that moment and another person after. That said, it most certainly wasn’t an instant shift.

There’s always a ‘messy middle,’ a time of feeling the discomfort of sitting in the muck, wondering if it’ll ever feel different. Like being stuck in writing a bad first draft of a novel.

And then it does shift, and the next chapter is written, and I am a new version of myself.

Beyond my personal experiences with next chapters, I have specialized my coaching certifications and trainings to support my clients with this work. Since 2019, I’ve worked with 500+ clients in over 2,500 coaching hours.

In addition to my private Go From There coaching practice, I’ve also been a Mental Health Coach for Lyra Health since 2021.

My Go From There coaching methodologies are informed by Core Energy Coaching, CBT*, ACT*, Mindfulness, Hakomi Somatics, Reiki, meaning I work with my clients holistically – mind, body, soul.

I also personally like to tap into some metaphysical tools like tarot, archetypes, and oracle cards as a way of sparking inner reflection. If that speaks to you, I bring that into our work as well.

A resident of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, I’m passionate about supporting local small businesses in the Rivertowns and am an active volunteer with River Arts. You’ll often find me enjoying walks on the Aqueduct Trail or engaging with the community at local events.

I see clients in-person at HudCo and virtually via Zoom
